Traditionally, Grandmothers used this stone ware while cooking food to whip all the herbs and ingredients with so much sincerity and love. The food (Anna) that was savored fresh, never was it wasted respecting the purity of heart of the one who made it. Annadatha Sukhibhava as they say, the one who served the food just like mother Earth serves all of us. If said with the right emotion, a heartfelt blessing is passed on from the one who receives the food to the one who gives.
